Customer FTP Instructions

As a service to our customers Warren's Maintains a "FTP" site as a method to transfer files instead of email. FTP reduces email attachment extraction time and prevents your email quota from being exceeded.

Sensitive Files should be Zipped with a Password

If you would like to utilize Warren's FTP site instead of emailing your files, contact our Production Department to have a Password set up.

In order to properly organize any files we would ask you to place any files you are sending in the uploads folder and files you will be taking will be found in the downloads folder.

All files will be deleted from our server after 48 hours.

To access the ftp server please copy and paste the following line into your internet browser's address bar.

ftp://production@209.151.138.167

Alternately, anyone wishing to access our ftp server using an ftp client program, can copy and paste the below address.

ftp://209.151.138.167

User name: productions
Password: •••••••••

*Multiple and/or anonymous logins are not permitted.
